Due to the customized nature of all of our merchandise and most of our products are handmade, all sales are final.
However, if it malfunctions for a specified period of time, we will repair it for free, and if this is not possible, we will give you a full refund or replacement after we inspect the item in question.
For digital products, we do not accept refunds, and if there is a problem with the file, we can fix it and resend it
